Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe were sitting in our pjs and a stranger unlocked our door and came in, apparently they messed up and gave her a key. When I called the front desk she apologized I informed her the fridge was not working either, I was told to unplug plug back in that there was no one on site to look at and if we wanted to put our leftovers and beverages in employee fridge we could! Who wants to have to go back and forth to get something to drink? I asked for a manager and was told one would call back it’s been 6 days since checking out still no call! When I asked if they could have a manager call they girl said it would not be right away they had night audits to do and was snippy. I’m sorry you are in hospitality and should at least give respect to address concerns!

The room was clean and pleasant as was the bathroom. The bed, however, was a bit uncomfortable.

Convenient location. Very nice room with good shower, lighting, towels, small fridge. Exceptional staff in every area.
I didn’t like the soft water. Nice free breakfast selection and good coffee. I highly recommend.
