The ultra-convenient location of this beautiful home in the heart of The Villages puts all the fun within reach. You and your guests are vacationing in the best location of The Villages, just minutes from Lake Sumter Landing in the sought after, picturesque Village of Pennecamp.

All you have to bring with you is your suitcases and golf clubs, bathing suit, dancing and walking shoes because you'll definitely want to explore all The Villages has to offer.

Your vacation rental offers lots of peace and time to relax... there are no homes directly behind you. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning dawn from your vantaged view at home as you start a wonderful day in The Villages. You will love how beautifully furnished and decorated this home is. The open and roomy floor plan gives you room to stretch out and enjoy.

The Master BR has a new king size mattress and box spring, wall mounted flat-sreen HD Smart TV, and a large walk-in closets. The private master bath has ceramic tile floor in all wet areas, hers and appointed counter with elegant granite top, a linen closet and a wonderful shower with great water pressure.

There are two guest bedrooms. One guest bedroom has a queen/double bed, a roomy closet. and end-to-end carpeting, and its own entry door that can be locked. The other guest room has a view of the pond, wood-look laminate flooring and a double air mattress. There's also a closet in this room. The ceramic tile Guest Bath located between the 2 guest bedrooms has a Shower/Tub combination and a lovely granite top basin.

The spacious kitchen has all the appliances you'd need, plus granite counter tops, handy appliances, and a large breakfast bar with bar stools.

The living area has laminate floors, plenty of comfortable seating space, an electric fire-place, a TV and is adjacent to the dining area. The dining area also has laminate floors, a beautiful dining table that seats 6 and has extra seats and chairs should you need it for guests.

The all acrylic glass enclosed lanai is entered into from the main living and dining areas in this spacious, open plan. It is also accessible through glass-sliding doors from the Master Bedroom. It includes plenty of seating for morning breakfast, afternoon lunch or just relaxing and viewing the wonderful Villages life.

The indoor laundry room has a washer, dryer, cabinet space and base cabinets with large laundry tub. Washing detergents, etc. are provided. The laundry room leads to the over-sized car garage with plenty of space for your personal vehicle or a golf car which you can easily rent during your stay.

Other features include: Hi Speed WiFi Internet, Ring Camera Doorbell, Window Shutters and blinds, Dishwasher, Microwave, Disposal, Skylights that offer natural light, Smoke Alarms/Carbon Monoxide detectors, First-Aid Kit, Washer and Dryer and Ceiling Fans throughout the home.

If you are into golfing (after all...The Villages is a golfers Paradise) there are 13 championship country clubs which include courses designed by Arnold Palmer and Nancy Lopez and prestigious amenities like restaurants, practice hitting ranges and pro shops. You also have access to 42 nine-hole executive courses, as well as the Village’s Golf Academy to work on your swing. The Villages has incredible weather year-round so you can play golf year round.

If you want to lounge by the swimming pool...there are three “village centers” nearby, one is conveniently within walking distance. These “village centers” also have all the equipment provided free of charge to enjoy tennis, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, bocce ball, horseshoes, billiards plus so much more.

Take advantage of the “neighborhood centers” which offer three “adult-only” pools and activities so you can enjoy swimming, sun-bathing or play a round of bocce ball, horseshoes or shuffleboard. This is also great for socializing by the pool with your new friends and neighbors.

There's a convenient sidewalk, which opens up great walking opportunities for exercising and nature viewing just beyond your private enclosed back yard. Or you can explore the many exploring trails the Villages has to offer.

Lake Sumter Landing with its beautiful waterfront setting and its lighthouse on Lake Sumter is the favorite town square for many “Villagers” and considered the “Heart” of The Villages. It has become a landmark that signals food, shopping, fun and free nightly entertainment all year long. Oh...and it is only a pleasant 6 minute golf cart ride from your vacation rental. But also nearby is Brownwood Paddock, don't miss it!

The dining, entertainment and shopping options are limitless in The Villages. Each and every night, all three village town squares (Lake Sumter Landing, Spanish Springs and Brownwood) host free live music for your listening and dancing enjoyment after dining at one of the many fine nearby restaurants. These performances are free and appeal to all ages. Several of The Villages restaurants and bars offer live music during the week, as well.

You can also take in a concert, play or musical throughout the year at Katie Belle’s, the Sharon L. Morse Performing Arts Center and the Savannah Center.

You can also catch an afternoon matinee or an evening showing of the latest blockbuster at one of the three movie theaters in The Villages.

Note that the blocked dates in between months are set aside for cleaning between rental visitors. However, if you choose to say for 2 or more consecutive months, we will remove those blocks so that you can enjoy your stay a bit longer.
