Hey Marc, Thanks for the review and I'm sorry that you found some ants in the kitchen. Unfortunately, that sometimes happens here especially when we get lots of rain. It's easy to resolve if you had informed me right away rather than after you left and I asked why I had received the 4-Star review. Anyway, rest assured that they were taken care of immediately. Great location

back coushions need some extra padding and bothered my back but i just put some of the extra bed pillows there and it was find. Would rent again.

Thanks Malinda for taking time out of your long drive home to leave a review. I’m sorry about the couch pillows. It’s a very deep couch which is great for lounging but sacrifices a bit in back support if you only sit up front on the couch. Hope you made it back safely to New Orleans.

Beautiful home and great location
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time here! The home was beautifully decorated, clean and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Lake Sumter landing square. It was dog friendly and also came with a golf cart for us to explore the Villages. Jeff was a great host and took care of all of our needs. Overall we would totally recommend this home!

The neighbors were also very friendly. We will definitely rent this villa in the future, if it is available when we have visitors. The villa itself was updated, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Villages Stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO to spend the month of November.

Publié le 18 août 2023 sur HomeAwayVery nice property loved the cute golf car we were able to use. It allowed us to explore. Location is awesome. Walked to the town square many times. The owner Jeff was great. He left the most detailed information I have ever seen while renting a VRBO. We hope to return to Jeff's property again.
