That was almost no chance to check in when I arrived at 11:30 pm. I was tired and just wanted to sleep. But police helped to check in.

Needs some TLC

The first room had an odor and was causing my wife's allergies to kick in. The manager worked with us to find another room. It is evident that some room remodeling has been taking place, but some of the painting still needed to be finished. Housekeeping is average. We felt the room cost was a fair value. The location is close to the center of town and offered easy access to restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs pools and the hanging bridge over the river.

Nice staff but don't stay here

The hotel.com rate was double what the hotel charges and the desk clerk was nice enough to charge us that rate. The key to the room didn't fit the lock so they had to run and have a new key made. The room was small, dark, uncomfortable beds, noisy AC. Wifi kept cutting out. No breakfast as was advertised on hotels.com. No hair dryer.

At check-in there was no one in the office...…..it was locked!! A Mexican guy came over to ask if we were looking for a room. He would call somebody...……….which he did. The person on the other end said her daughter was supposed to be in the office, but she must have gone home! They had supposedly lost their computer and all the cash to somebody and "didn't know we were coming with our online reservation". We said no thanks and found another hotel!! Expedia should delete this offering for sure!!!!!!!

Unfortunate circumstances

Office closes at 6 pm. I arrived at 7, called and got voicemail. Eventually someone came who opened the office, only to find their computers had been stolen several days before. They may eventually recover from this disaster, but please mop the floors and clean the ac so it doesn't smell like mildew.

They have the nicest staff and are very helpful. Very clean room and quiet.

We believe this location was a very good value. It shows it's age a bit, but was clean and you could see that maintenance was being improved. Amenities and linen were well supplied. Staff was friendly and proactive in ensuring we had the information we needed for a late check-in. There was no continental breakfast as advertised, but we didn't think it was a problem given the reasonable cost. We would stay again.
