Great home

Overall good experience

The space of the house was great.
Plenty of room for all our shoes and jackets in the entry way, living room and bedrooms were spacious.
Washer and dryer was easily accessible.
Living and Dining room were great spaces to hang out with family and friends.
Bathrooms were adequate and the water pressure was GREAT!
Location was easy to find and we saw wildlife everyday!!
Communication with the Eliza/team was fabulous.
Negatives:
We were met with a bag of garbage and a dust pan upon entering the house.
The kitchen and family room were very dark in the evening so we moved bedroom lamps to help brighten things up to play games and cards.
The basement bathroom had not been cleaned. Dirty hand prints on the edge of the tub and hair in the tub. Beard hair around the sink.
The basketballs for the basketball game were mostly flat, the foosball table was VERY rickety and loose, the air hockey table is a very small version (still fun), but pictures make it look full size.
Damage claims were made against us for things like; theft of bath bombs and shower steamers, theft of snacks from locked closet, damaged pots and pans, as well as other things that we know we didn't do or have any part of.
Not sure if this is a norm, but this is the very first time in all of our renting we have had claims against us.
Overall I would say our stay was great, and the positives out weighed the negatives.

Cleanliness is our absolute top priority. Sadly, there was no mention of any concerns with the home, only until we filed a claim after discovering our locked storage room had been broken into and a substantial amount of items were taken and rummaged through. We were wiped out. We pour our hearts into providing this home for families and groups to gather. We are extremely discouraged this would happen but we will recover. We are dedicated to continuing a high level of standard and hospitality to all guests.

Thermopolis holiday weekend
Publié le 30 mai 2024 sur HomeAway5 adults and 7 kids fit comfortably in this location. Home was on a quiet cul de sac. We stayed in the master suite area that had a comfortable king size bed. We had a great time. Thermopolis and this place are hidden gems.

Nice Stay
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was big with room for everyone. the game room was nice to relax in and the bed were comfortable. the only issue was the bathroom fixtures needed some maintenance, as the faucets and toilets needed to be tightened down.

Family Road Trip Stop 2
Publié le 24 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was such a nice place to stay. If I had a question it was answered within minutes not hours. The property was clean, the beds were amazing after a 9 hour drive and the kids had toys to play with which was absolutely fantastic! Can’t say enough nice things.
