The location was excellent, it was really at the heart of the city. However, I requested additional sheet, after cehck-in I informed about the non-working light and the problem with upper shower, but nobody responded. The wi-fi was awful, it took many minutes for opening an ordinary web page. The bed was soft, if you prefer a hard bed, you would have belly pain.

Great self contained unit, with plenty of dining, shopping and sightseeing close by and most within walking distance, I would definitely book again when visiting Thessaloniki.

The room was NOT as advertised on the picture. No sofa, no desk, the table to eat, MUCH smaller than on the picture (the was less than 1 meter around the bed and a small vestibule of 2m square with the kitchen stuff and a bathroom

Hello, thank you for taking the time and leaving us a review. The room you are describing is a junior suite, but in fact you had booked a deluxe studio. This is also visible in your booking confirmation. As per photos, you can also confirm the deluxe studio is smaller, has not sofa, table to eat etc. We would be happy to welcome you again in the future.

It was a bad experience like a nightmare the sofa is blocking the handle for this faucet is working the building is noisy the bed is too noisy and too soft Do to do much use I wouldn’t recommend it to my enemies
