Hôtel très agréable.

Le personnel très accueillant et serviable.
Le petit déjeuner correct.
Nous avons reçu la chambre dans un état de propreté excellent avec tout le confort pour un court séjour.
Le seul problème est l'insonorisation de la chambre sur rue, surtout avec des travaux très importants en face de l'hôtel.

The staff was very friendly and the room was nice, the only negative thing I can say is the coffee at the breakfast is quite terrible.

There is no parking. I paid for a “reserved parking “ in a private garage. The reality offering doesn’t guarantee parking space, only give you access to garage. I paid the above published rate, and had to wait for someone to leave and vacate a spot. Parking a Toyota Yaris can also be a challenge. No ac in hotel room. It was 27 (80F). Windows only tilt offers no air flow ( outside temp was 26). They didn’t offer electric fan either. After 2 hours of negotiations, the ac was turn on by the third hour. We were able to communicate with staff in perfect English, but their usage of words takes on different meaning (expectations)) completely. Staff said “ac will be fully operational in one hour “. The reality. “ ac turned on after one hour”
