Publié le 23 janv. 2023 sur HotelsThe Hotel is Nice and stay is Comfortable, but Amenities and Services are Below Average, there was No even a Guest Dental Kits even the small one which is very economical and given to the guests .There was No Shower Caps, No Enough Bar Soap, only a Single small one, Drinking water is issued only Once, Room Service is too Costly considering there is no Complementary services given to the Guests .Except I got Check out late for 2hours which of course in many 3 star Hotels it's Normal....

I booked this hotel through Expedia for a young college graduate. He informs me the room was very nice. However, I booked through Expedia for too many nights. I requested a refund timely per the email instructions. The phone # on email did not work, nor did the response email. I had my Kenyan lawyer colleagues contact the hotel directly from Nairobi. No response. They took my money, refused to honor the Expedia agreement, and sent an email asking for more money to "top up" because when I booked, their website was updating prices. I feel very mistreated and I think others should be warned.

Their continuous cleaning of the rooms and corridors is excellent.

When I got in the room that I paid for I did not get the girl at the reception had me walk up and down looking for a room in the front this service was horrible

Dirty, Roaches
Publié le 6 août 2018 sur HotelsThe bathroom was disgusting. There were roaches by the sink. Dirty carpets... Just gross. The bed was clean though so we slept ok. The staff were also friendly. They just need to take better care of it. should be rated at a 2 star.
