Room with a View.

I had a nice time staying in Khamsum inn . I wish I cound give them excellent rating. They need to work little more on that. Next time , I will ask for the room one above. Little away from noise and for a better view. Service staffs are wonderful , Like Drupchu , Purnima and others. Kitchen needs to be more professional. When I come back to Thimphu I know where to stay. Best of luck for Khamsum Inn .

Faulty Hotel...

The staff is nice but lack experience. Many problems during my one week stay. No light in the bathroom, frequent water cut, power failure, Wifi not working. Some nice things too: room clean, bed very comfortable, good cooking and smiling people whatever can occur.

I stayed in this hotel one week for business purpose. Although the room was nice with a lot of space and the bed really comfortable, I had a lot of problem with WiFi, I didn't have water for one day, the boiler has only functioned for 2 days out of 7. So, I wouldn't strongly recommend this hotel for a long stay.

Beautiful hotel and lovely front desk staff!

It's was amazing stay and very helpful front desk. However, needs improvement in following things: 1. Breakfast spread 2. Lot of dogs around which disturbs your sleep at times.
