Gorgeous cottage on a country property
Publié le 11 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe chose this property as a farm stay and we had an event at K Ranch in Mount Hunter which was a 20 min drive away.
Beautiful cottage. We woke up to a cure of cows eating grass nearby.
It’s a quiet location, with fireplace and fire pit.
The nights get colder here than in the city.
We enjoyed the place very much. Thank you.

Lovely property
Publié le 5 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWas very relaxing stay. Property was clean and had good amenities. There isn't a washing machine due, I believe, to tank water being in use but there is a laundromat not too far. Loved the sheep and cows. Would be happy to stay again

Wonderful little weekend getaway

The kids loved the cows and sheep that always came up to say hi.
House was clean, tidy and comfortable and the inside fire was so lovely. Close to picton (10 min drive) for a meal.

Lovely Stay at Little Kingsley
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat an amazing little property and fantastic location. It was a real treat to stay with my family in Little Kingsley. My 1 year old absolutely loved feeding the cows and sheep every morning with bread rolls provided by the owner. Lovely extras such as kids toys/books and board games. The only things that I would suggest is a washing machine, especially for people staying for longer periods, lock on internal door to garage for toddlers, and a fire guard. Thank you for having us and we will definitely be back to visit again.

Hi Sarah, thanks for your review, and I hope you had a safe trip home. We are on tank water and sometimes water is limited that is why we don’t have a washing machine although there is a laundromat available in nearby Tahmoor. We understand that some guests are not comfortable using the slow combustion fire with little children around and we are not confident that a fire guard would completely resolve this so we would encourage guests to make use of our reverse cycle ducted air conditioning in this case. We would love to welcome you back next time you are visiting Australia.

Amazing find

A Beautiful Stay!!
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved it!! 10 minutes away from many activities for the family- the rail museum, pony rides, animal farms. My 3 kids aged 5 to 9 years had a blast making friends with the cows and sheep on the property, roasting marshmallows with the fire pit. The fire place was a gem and kept us warm and the place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
Also loved the little touches of the loaf of bread and fresh eggs in the fridge, Thank you Alaine! It was amazing, I’m so pleased I found this place, We are definitely planning a comeback holiday!
