Prime Location, clean and net rooms, required in room and other facilities, but I had severe stomach pain each time I ate in this hotel

the front desk amazing, hospitable, kind, caring and warm. the gym is great too The rooms are much bigger than pictures display them to be online. Hotel managers are kind and helpful as well as staff. however I ate in the restaurant several times for breakfast and lunch each time had severe stomach pain for several hour

This is the best hotel in Trivandrum without question
The hotel is spotless, rooms and housekeeping perfect and the food is consistently good
The staff are always smiling and very very helpful
I visit Trivandrum yearly on business and will only stay at Hyatt regency in Trivandrum
Highly recommend

Enjoyed our 4 night stay at the hotel with the family. The service was excellent including the food options.

Roaswork is taking place. However, Trivandrum, as a whole is a bit unkempt. Therefore the matter of ditiness should be a common factor
