Great position, friendly helpful staff, clean except for pool which was out of action for5 days and turned spinach green during cleaning process. This was a major problem for us as elderly ladies who cannot swim in the rough sea. We were counting on it for exercise and think we should have had a refund. Also there was no internet in our deluxe sea view room, no hot water needed to remove massage oil and no mini fridge to keep drinks cool as advertised in brochure. However we do like this friendly safe place.

Except the location and a few polite staff -The pool hadn’t been cleaned in months (cloudy, bugs, dirty) - Breakfast not served until 8:30am, every other place It starts at 6:30 or 7 am latest - No toilet paper in the bathroom - Towels were very old and dirty looking - Blankets had holes - Facility had no computer. The reception lady and the owner/manager used personal cell phones to take pictures of our passports for their record. He blamed Expedia for not providing him with our details. We told him it was not our problem as we had no issues in other places booked through Expedia; and we had paid money for the room anyways, which he knew but kept on insisting for providing more proof that it’s us who got the rooms booked while we were showing him confirmation email from Expedia. - Wifi only in lobby - Shower knob was broken - The water bottle kept in the room was warm and not even complimentary- which is fine but there was no indication of this fact. We already had our own water purchased and so never got to use that warm bottle. During checkout, we luckily asked and as it was Rs30/- for a bottle, we chose not to purchase.

Det sämsta hotell jag varit på,synd på så bra läge

Förstår inte att ni kan ha detta hotell på eran lista! Det sämsta hotell jag legat på! Hotellrummet Smutsig fönster (har nog inte blivit tvättade på flera år) man såg inte klart igenom dem. Provade att göra rent på två ytor då det blev rent. Övriga ytor såg nu äckliga ut. Balkongbordet var inte rengjort och behandlat på jag vet inte när. På den ena stolen rann det Kråkskit. Balkong räcket flagade färgen, stålpartierna var rostiga, fönstergallret var rostigt. Vet inte om balkongen blev städat överhuvudtaget. Nykelhållaren som reglerar strömmen hängde utanför väggen, sladdar och allt synligt, livsfarligt! Varmvatten fanns inte, ljummet, fick stå utanför duschen först och ta en kroppsdel i tagen så att man hann vänja sig. Ankomstdagen då saknades toapapper, andra dagen ingen städning av rummet,3;e dagen, saknades dricksvatten och schampo,4;e dagen ingen städn. 5;e dagen ingen städn. 6;e dagen ingen städn. sista dagen städn. schampo saknades. 4 dagar utan städning! Ville få en kompensation från hotellet och i receptionen sa ok och en manager i ledande ställning, till 2 öl eller juice per tillfälle.Vid utcheckning var jag ändå tvungen att betala. Transfer till flygplatsen ingick inte i priset? Förstog inte erat mail ni skickade, hotellet sa att det inte ingick så jag betalade det till hotellet.Att se personalen ligga i receptionens soffor tycker jag inte var trevligt. Har ni flera hotell i denna klass så är jag tveksam till att anlita er i fortsättningen.

Friendly helpful staff always listening to comments but their knowledge of English not always very good comprehension. But always willing to make everything okay

Hotel Jeevan is situated conveniently right on the beach. We had a lovely room with a balcony. Went to sleep with the sound of the waves. Lovely early morning walks along the beach, spectacular sunsets. The staff were very friendly and helpful.there is a swimming pool and restaurant on site. Very relaxing holiday.

Rooms smell stincky...Bathrooms are horrible....tap water is full of mud.....location is more or less OK.
