Everything is charged in USD and only accepts cash and you have to drive to a closest ATM. There are no dining options around so you pretty much have to rely on the hotel and their options are limited and too expensive for what you get. Transport to go to other places is also inconvenient and the communication of staff in arranging transport and food was not reliable.

Dear ChikaThank you for bringing the issues you faced to our attention. Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you faced in making the payment in cash. We have clearly listed the property as accepting ONLY cash and make it a point to send a reminder to our valued guests about this restriction we have currently. It was unfortunate you missed both these notices.We can understand your frustration when it comes to finding transport. Our property is listed as being located in a rural area facing a lake, yet in close proximity to Yala National Park. These are two of our highlights and many of our guest come in search of this experience. One downside of this is that transport & outside dining options aren’t available as freely as it would be in a town or city. We do our best to arrange transport for our guests when requested and it’s done purely as a gesture of goodwill. Clearly not for profit. Though it has not happened often, arrangements made with these outside parties can sometimes change due to unavoidable circumstances. And this is sometimes beyond our control. We pride ourselves on giving the best possible guest experience, and are sorry we fell short in this instance. We will definitely work on getting card payment facilities in order to provide our guests with more convenience.

Very calm environment, the cabana is perfectly designed in the middle of the nature. The shower is great, there is everything you need, fan, hair dryer, International electric plugs...

Rooms were amazing and so over my expectations. We arrived late and there was no dinner. Staff were amazing and made our stay wonderful
