Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HotelsThe only thing I was a little disappointed in was that they still advertise having a Seasonal Pool. When I said to them don't you normally open it on Memorial Day weekend? The answer I got was no they had decided to close it permanently. I decided to go ahead and stay anyway and even though the room was older it was beautifully clean and I have absolutely no complaints. I didn't use the iron but the hair dryer worked great also maybe a little disappointed they didn't have coffee for people to grab before they got up and started moving around but there was coffee available in the room if I really wanted it and there was a Dunkin' Donuts right down the road. Overall the room was quiet, clean, and very reasonably priced and I would definitely go there again when I'm visiting my family and Thomaston

over night stay..all went well.. reasonable price...would stay again if in area again .. 👍

1. Arrived a property and the door was locked and no one was at the counter
2. Had to walk around the property and found a maid that called someone to assist me.
3. Was told that my reservation was canceled by the property because they were overbooked.
4. After some complaining (should not have) I was given a room since I was there first but may need to change rooms.
5. Found a cockroach as soon as I walked into the room
6. Room smelt of some chemical
7. Property advertised a pool but it was closed and appears to have been closed for some time.
8. Breakfast was a joke.
9. AC worked but barely kept up
only things that worked was the hot water in the shower

Hello Mr. Greg, We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you may have faced. The property currently is undergoing a new management and we are in the process of making changes. We only provide coffee in the morning and our pool is going to be closed permanently. The AC’s are new and were also professionally cleaned. We have also tried to contact you multiple times weeks before your reservation to inform you of the cancellation however the number provided on the reservation was incorrect and we had no other way to contact you. When you did arrive for your reservation, we informed you of the situation and we tried our best to accommodate you for which in the process we had to change and cancel other reservations. Again we apologize for the inconvenience.

Not everything worked in the room, ie. Hair dryer. Lobby had a lot of crap laying around, looked I inviting. No continental breakfast as advertised.
I can handle it for 1 night.
