The staff was great! The lady who was like a hostess in the breakfast area had an amazing personality! My double bedroom was very nice and very spacious. I was visiting for a funeral, and this hotels hospitality made it a more pleasurable experience.

Room was okay, but smelled of animals. It was kind of gross. Celing and wall by window bed had water damage. Bathroom was clean. Food was okay. Check in was easy. Train near by, runs all night, so you will hear it if you are a light sleeper.

The room is clean and spacious. It has the basic amenties like soap and lotion, so it is nice to not have to worry about packing that. The woman who greeted me when I arrived was friendly. The TV and AC worked. Those are the positives. Unfortunately I did not get a lot of sleep. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable too. There was a beight light that would flash through the room, and it made it difficult to fall asleep. I think it came from the smoke detector, or something on the wall. There is obviously a railroad nearby because trains were going through there all night blaring their whistles. I was woken up around 3:45 AM by some sort of beeping sound outside, and another beeping sound in a neighboring room. With the bright, flashing light in the room, it took me over 2 hours to fall asleep. With all the noises outside, I could not stay asleep. I have never wanted to punch a train more. I only got a few hours of sleep.

The property and rooms need a facelift. The bathroom in the room needs to be upgraded with a better showerhead, a more textured bathtub floor for anti-slippage. New countertops & pumps on the walls with hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, & conditioner. I bring my own shower gel, conditioner, & shampoo when I travel but I’ve seen the pumps on the walls at other Comfort Inns & similar hotels. Smart TVs would be a welcome addition so guests can use their streaming accounts to watch movies.

The staff was great at check in and even at 3:30 am when they made us coffee for the road. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure which was much appreciated after a 13hr drive. Even the the towels were nice and soft. The bed was very comfortable as well and it was quiet. We will definitely stay there again

Checkin was quick and beds were very comfortable. There was ample parking and it was close to our destination. The breakfast was not as good as we have had in other locations. We were also assigned an ADA room which we did not request. It was ok except the hand held, low shower was hard to use since we did not need that.
