everyone was nice. The lobby area was decked out for Christmas, it was warm and inviting when coming in from outside (40 degrees)

My first room the heating unit was extremely noisy and I had to be moved. The second room I had to go down to the desk four times to be able to get into my room as the door entrance mechanism did not work. Finally, the desk clerk went up with me the last time to get me in. This was absolutely the worst day I have ever had at a hotel.

Over all it was a really nice and quiet place to stay. The staff were really nice. Rooms were nice and spacious but we did find left over trash and beer cans beside the bed, which made me question if our linens had actually been changed or were also left over from the previous occupant. Breakfast was available but wasnt all that great so we opted for chick-fil-a. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were given a final price when booking and when we got to the hotel they overcharged us by stating it was because we booked through a 3rd party site. The fridge wasn’t cleaned. There looked to be a handicap pool charge laying in the middle of the floor immediately when opening the door. The air was completely off and when turning on it sounds like a plane taking off the entire time it ran. The sinks did not drain when washing your face or brushing your teeth. Luke warm water when showering. The foot traffic was horrendous! You can hear everything above and beside you like they’re in your room! The light fixtures, carpets and room furniture are completely outdated for them to charge over $200 for a one night stay! Do not recommend to anyone to stay. First and last stay for my family
