They had a power outage and the elevator lights never came back on and they told everyone to use the stairs. The fire alarm went off at 5:30 am there was no announcement over the intercom the it was smoke in the kitchen. No communication

Staff was very friendly, neighbors were very noisy so not much rest. Other than that it was good.

I was surprised at how modern and clean the hotel was. The breakfast was southern and delicious.
ALL of the staff was helpful and courteous.
I would definitely stay there again.

Arrived at front desk and the worker was rude. It took 30 minutes or more to check in. She made it a big deal because we had an atv on trailer and made us park half a mile from hotel. She called manager and police to tell them we shouldn’t park where we paid to stay. She wasn’t sure if anything happen to our belongings who would be responsible since we wouldn’t be parked on their property.

Was in Thomasville for a wedding and this hotel was the perfect place to stay.

The bathrooms need to be kept up for cleanliness but also discoloration. Staff was gone for 15 minutes when I was trying to check out.
