I liked that it was away from the centre of the town. I didn't like the constant slamming of doors so early in the morning 5:00ish.

I didn’t like the fact that visitors were not allowed. We went there to visit family from other towns. That should be advertised on your advertisements. We were eventually allowed but it didn’t feel right after that.

While making the reservations via phone I was informed only one room was available but upon checking Expedia there were 2. To ensure I booked myself a room via Expedia then called back to reserve a room for a fellow coworker . I am the admin assistant for my company and is my job to book rooms for myself and other employees . Upon check in I was not given my employer discount rate but my coworker whom room I booked received the discount . The second night stay was horrendous and adding an extra guest to a room is nowhere on the site nor policy but considering it was a suite with a queen bed and an extra pullout couch an extra guest shouldn’t have been a problem considering the room was paid for in full upon check in . Customer service is awful and I I’ll not stay here again .

Please note that employer discounts require valid work ID or justification at check-in. While we strive to provide accurate information over the phone, discrepancies with third-party booking sites can sometimes occur. Regarding the issues with your second night's stay and understand your concerns for extra guests. However, having 5 guests in 1 room with 1 queen bed and a pull-out couch is not allowed due to safety and comfort regulations.
