This recently remodeled, spacious, 4-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath getaway has all of the comforts of home. With large bedrooms that hold multiple beds, you'll have plenty of space. Located on a private cul-de-sac with plenty of parking.

Cathedral ceilings greet you at the door with a large open floor plan with a family room, dining space and kitchen, with room for everyone to relax in front of a cozy gas-burning fireplace. Grab a game and head up to the colorful loft where adults and kids alike love to play, or grab a book and enjoy the wrap-around deck. Join friends and family around the newly-installed circle fire pit while you enjoy a cookout on the grill, or simply take a rest in the back screened porch area while taking in the beautiful wildlife and woods surrounding you.

For those rainy days, there's a TV room with a large reclining sectional couch and a game room with a ping-pong table. Located on the edge of Crystal Mountain Resort, one of the top 10 resorts voted for best family fun places to go. Whatever recreation you enjoy, you are just minutes or a short drive away from some of the prettiest scenery in Northern Michigan.

Had our annual golf trip of 12 adults stay there. The house was as described and good value. Some of the bunk beds say that they are only for under the age of 6, so adults should be careful when booking.

Great overall place to stay for a friends weekend!
This house was really nice and provided lots of room for my friends and I on our golf trip! The house was clean, the grill was amazing to use, the bonfire bit provides lots of great seating! My only gripe would be the comfort was of the furniture. The bunk beds on the main level had an awful squeaking noise to one of them (probably just needs some WD-40). The beds themselves were not very comfortable though, and the couches felt like they were sinking in a good amount in some spots. Overall, this place gave us everything we needed to make the best out of our weekend!

Annual Family Ski Trip
This is one of our favorite trips of the year. We’ve stayed at this property for three years in a row and will continue to come back. The house is big and spread out. The kids and teens have space to watch TV and play in the game room in the basement while the adults watch the game or play cards in the living room and dining room. I saw someone mentioned that the coffee maker was slow. That was true, but the owners have purchased a new one that is top notch. The location is great as the ski hill is just around the corner, but you’re far enough away to not have the feel of the cramped condos on or near the hill.

Golf Weekend Getaway
The place was perfect for our group of 12 that were on a golf weekend getaway. We took advantage of the nice grill on the wraparound deck after golfing and also enjoyed the firepit. We were comfortably able to sleep all 12 and would be happy to visit again!

Friends and Family Ski Weekend
We have stayed at this house for two years now and it’s become the gathering place for one of our favorite trips of the year. It’s big enough that the teens can disappear to the basement for air hockey and ping pong while the adults enjoy the large living and dining room area. The property isn’t extravagant, but feels like a comfortable home. I suspect this would be a nice summer rental as well as it has a nice screened porch (cooler room in the winter) and a huge fire pit that we always talk about lighting, even though it’s winter.

Very nice home! Our family enjoyed our stay. We needed a larger home that slept 11 to attend a family wedding. This home is bigger than it looks with plenty of room for a family or group. The home has everything you need and is very clean. You will enjoy the nice firepit outside.

Nice Clean Home
We enjoyed our stay at this home . Very close to Crystal Mountain . Very clean . We appreciated the amenities, lots of towels , detergent, bathroom soaps , toilet paper, paper towels etc. Nice game room in basement although we didn’t use it because of summertime . Great communication with owner . One issue was the bunk beds in the one bedroom . If older children/adults slept in that room , beds were squeaky/noisy . Our small grandchildren slept in that room , so wasn’t much of a issue for us . We didn’t use the shuttle pass since we had younger children , but appreciated it was there if needed. The house was in walking distance of Crystal Mountain too for older children/adults . We enjoyed the pool at Crystal Mountain too. Loved the area .

nice conformable place
nice place , I have one complaint . the bunkbeds in the main floor were metal , they were poorly built , they made so much noise the people using them moved the mattresses to the floor. One other the ventilation was not very consistent the basement level was much cooler than the other floors.
