Outstanding Value
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have a three year old, so we needed two bedrooms and some room for play. This cabin was an outstanding value for the Crystal Mountain Resort experience. Nothing comparable to it is available for less than $1000/night. The location is great. Our daughter rode her scooter to the pool, coffee shop, and restaurants multiple times every day. And driving to the beach or Frankfort is only 20 minutes away.
We appreciated the professional management of Vacasa; small things like new paper towel rolls and great communication throughout. It was also unusually hot while we were there, and the AC unit upstairs plus the huge ceiling fan was more than enough to keep the whole house cool.
Our only compliant was that Wednesday morning seemed to be lawn mowing day for the entire resort... super noisy everywhere.

Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayHome is very dated and very dark (Shady Pines) . It was clean on the inside. Outside needs attention. (Screens, roof, decks). The best thing about the house is the location. Can walk to everything. Home is not representative of the the quality of others.

Arcadia trip

Only issues were minor, some silverware had to be rewashed, personal communication was non-existant leaving it unclear how to ask questions for like finding extra blankets...which we never found. That said, we loved the place overall and would recommend to friends and family.

Property perfect for our adult family.
Well equipped except for lack of basic amenities such as coffee filters, foil and cream wrap.
