No lights, water, power. I did not check in. I turned around and went back. Actual place I thought I reserved at Expedia was different. Expedia did not disclose Hotel shut down! Please refund!

We booked a non smoking room. The room we were assign had a strong cigarette smell as did the linens. The font desk did not have another room available. They did provide air freshener which did not last the entire night. Very disappointed. The room was not clean. The bathtub had hair and dirt in it. The hair dryer did not work. The plug was disassembled. I think the room had not been vacuumed in a while.
