Poor access dirty bathrooms broken tiles choked drain in shower area chipped furniture low quality food poor breakfast offering .. never go by the souped up photos on site

The property didn't accept the booking from Expedia. I booked through Expedia only after enquiring that whether it was ok for them to checking early. But, they didn't accept the online booking and we dad to rebook again in the property and because of this we couldn't able to checking a bit early and had to wait 6 hours to checkin the room. They should remove the listing if they are not accepting the bookings from this site.
