Very good experience
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall a very good experience. Hosts were excellent. We were a little misled about the proximity to the river but that may have been our own fault for not reading carefully.

Family getaway

We drove to sequoia national park each day and this was a great location to have as our base. The owners were wonderful with helpful suggestions for our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect SNP Retreat
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur group of 8 had a wonderful stay at this property, including 4 kids ranging from 6-11 years old. The house was clean and nicely laid out so that we didn't feel at all crowded. We were able to make several family-style meals in the kitchen. Our kids LOVED the arcade games in the sun room and would go running to relax after long days of hiking. The quick access to the decks and river was great for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. The host's communication leading up to our trip was top-notch, and even when we had a small power outage during our stay, he kept us well informed of the issue and even had his staff bring us ice to keep everything in our refrigerator cool. The nighttime view of the stars was breath-taking. We loved feeling remote, yet able to get down into town and to SNP relatively quickly. Everything about our experience was A++!!

Beautiful house with great location

Great house - remote!

Thank you so much! The home is indeed located in a more secluded area and is about 15 minites from the main town where the nearest groceries is located.
To us you get the best of both world.
