Reserved the room, and we're not able to make it, due to personal reasons (dif) hotel wouldn't reimburse our room.

Not Great but Staff was Understanding

One of the four rooms we got for our families as we were in town for a funeral was in bad shape. Poop in the toilet that would not flush, faucet that didn’t work, stains on the sheets and remote control didn’t work. To the mgmt credit, they refunded that room price. Other rooms were accessible.

Reservé aqui solo por necesidad, necesitaba donde pasar la noche y busqué lo más económico pero cometí un error en el número de personas, quise corregirlo por teléfono y no se pudo, al llegar tuve que pagar más de lo que decían los términos y condiciones de mi reserva y al final me salió más caro que un buen hotel. Las camas no son cómodas y no pude dormir.

Fair hotel ok for quick one night

The hotel is currently renovating the rooms. The room was nice, the AC the compressor was going out. Very very noisy when it came on. Hard to sleep. Biggest peeve is renovations are never completed when they rent out a room and no-one checks on workmanship and cleanup afterwards. Had shoes on till I went to bed got up bare footed to take a shower bottom of my feet was covered in grout that was not cleaned after laying new floor tile.

This was just average as far as accommodations go. I cannot comment on the continental breakfast as we did not ever get one. We didn't realize that was offered until the last day. No one made us aware when we check in. The pool was not filled. I don't know if it was still closed for the winter, but I didn't ask. If it is not open all year, the months it is open should be posted in the listing. I was kinda looking forward to laying out. But the weather didn't cooperate any way. The room was clean, just very out dated. The bed was average. Not too hard or lumpy. Not enough pillows for a king size bed. Luckily I never risk it and always travel with my own pillow. The towels were clean, just small and no so soft. The water pressure was nice. No problem rinsing my hair. But the sink had no stopper, make me nervous I was going to lose something down that hole. I have stayed in an OYO hotel in California and was pretty impressed. Not so much with this one. BUT, this town has limited options I guess I would stay again if I had too.
