Pour : personnel sympa mais c'est pas ça qui fait le voyage
Contre : wifi, lit, tv, petit déjeuner, prix excursion plage a nettoyer
Emplacement : pas grand chose a faire c'est une île de locaux
beaucoup trop cher pour les services apportés, hôtel en bord de plage terriblement décevant : sale, trop de coraux et pas sable blanc néanmoins la piscine sur le toit relève un peu la déception de la plage, personnel sympa et accueillant, chambre relativement propre car l’hôtel a été rénové y-a pas très longtemps mais terriblement inconfortable : lit totalement nul une vrai planche de bois sans matelas, aucune chaîne tv disponible peu d'eau chaude,petit déjeuner très décevant peu de choix fruit en conserve...ET SURTOUT PAS DE WIFI EN CHAMBRE ET TRÈS MAUVAISE CONNEXION DANS LE LOBBY

It was a pleasure having you stayed with us recently and thank you for the detailed feedback you shared here on Expedia We are saddened to find that your stay did not live up exactly to your expectations but pleased to find that you appreciated the facilities and the service provided by our staff on local island Thulusdhoo. Our Hotel was opened only 4 month ago on November 03, 2016 and we continuously strive to go above and beyond guest expectations to introduce and enhance new services. Pricier Than My Expectations on This Local Island
Publié le 10 mars 2024 sur HotelsIt was all very good until check out as I was being accused taking their laundry bag. After few discussions they agreed not to charge the cost of laundry bag. However it already left a bad taste in my mouth so I took one star off.
The location was very good being close to the bikini but it’s under construction while I was there. It made the water so murky that it wasn’t very inviting as well as the noise of the trucks killed the peace & quite. I’m sure in a year the beach will be nice again.
There was shuttle schedules to take guests to another bikini beach named Dream Beach which is close to the sand bank in the island. Although it was very pretty, it’s a bit inconvenient to have to take shuttle to get into water.
There’s a swimming on the roof top for guests to enjoy but I’m allergic to chlorine.
We’ve found the excursions expensive to do providing it’s a local island. We didn’t do any due to the cost plus weather was not good neither.
Foods were good and surprisingly seafood wasn’t as good being surrounding by the sea.

The bed sheets were stained
Beach towels had blood stains on them
This is not a 4 star hotel it's about 3 stars

Quiet, safe, attentive staff.
Publié le 29 nov. 2021 sur HotelsWhat a hidden gem that was tucked away in a quiet area, awesome attentive staff, loved the food that changed daily. We paid for the 3 meals per day plan just to keep it simple.
Checking in and out was a cinch and they arranged all travel and PCR tests.
For sure will stay with them again when in the area.
