Disappointing but great room
Publié le 13 avr. 2024 sur HotelsDisappointing as booked this hotel mainly for two reasons. The pool and exec lounge. Letter on desk saying pool closed and the executive lounge was a mess, resembling an all you can eat buffet for kids and families. Not the quiet business type lounge I was expecting. Not one spare table although most were empty but plates and food not cleared.

Dear guest, I apologize for not giving you a satisfactory stay. The pool will be cleaned and maintained during 4.8-4.15. I am sorry that I could not allow you to use the pool. Amazing hotel, in a great place. Beds comfy and clean rooms, the staff is excellent and the house keeping does a great job
