AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is not a hotel, this is a 1-star hostel at hotel prices. Two critical points:
1.) The hotel had a full on cockroach infestation. Our room was crawling in cockroaches (pictures included)
2.) Given the cockroaches, we asked for a refund on 1/3 nights. The host confirmed he would refund, but never did…. Because credit cards are charged in advance, you have no recourse. See other comments of people with similar feedback below
Otherwise, some points of interest:
- the entire hotel is filthy. Covered in dust, no upkeep in the lobby
- there is no customer support or person to deal with routine questions (see other comments on this)
- all rooms are within a narrow courtyard so noise pollution is inevitable
- standard services like wifi, smart-tvs not functional
- Air conditioners are undersized relative to the rooms, so they’ll be 25 degrees
Overall, this is a cockroach infested hotel that is falsely advertised online, where the managers are comfortable stealing from customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Can’t Wait Until Fully Restored!
Publié le 7 sept. 2023 sur HotelsProperty is a historic castle that has not been fully restored. In fact, more restoration lie in front of it than what’s in rear-view mirror. A/C don’t cool sufficiently and most in the common areas aren’t turned on. Breakfast was delicious and location is terrific.
