Staff is super friendly Beds are very uncomfortable, try to stay on the top floor otherwise you hear everything above you

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good but we only went once in our 4 day stay. However, in our 4 day stay, our room was never cleaned...no fresh towels...In their defense, they did say they cleaned every other day and we stayed over July 4th which they said they didn't do cleaning. I would have thought they would have made cleaned at least once....should have done it twice.

Bedbugs, hard bed,mildew smell and ac kept shutting off

We are sorry that your stay was not what you expected. If you ever have issues about your room (bed, cleanliness, etc) please alert the front desk immediately so we can rectify the issue immediately. We were never told of the issues while you were at the hotel. After we read your review here, our management staff and an exterminator examined the room thoroughly and found there was no evidence of bed bugs in the room. We take cleanliness very seriously and inaccurate reviews can have a big effect on our hotels business. We cannot correct a situation unless you inform us of the situation. Thank you for your feedback.

Hotel is nice and convenient. They were under renovation - mattresses everywhere and no carpet in our hall. The bathroom is a weird layout - no counter space and the toilet was low, in a space you could hit your head on the counter. Toilet seat flimsy. Would stay there again.
