Justin Lucas and Mrs. Sabal are always professional and treat me with the upmost dignity and respect. I witnessed Sabal training the young lady at the front and she was very patient with her and thorough. Its always comfortable in my room when i stay there. Justin was going above and beyond to help a gentleman while i was there he kept a smile while doing so

We ended up changing our room, from one handicap accessible to another, that the set-up in the bathroom worked better for me. Thank You so much Ashley. Also got a call after we had checked out to let us know we forgot something, we were too far away by that time. Again great job Ashley.

Not restful night!!

Checked in late and needed to walk around to find someone to check us in. Cards did not work and had to go back to front desk. Hallway carpets were filthy. Room was clean. Pillows were small and so squishy they melted to nothing. Alarm clock started very quietly going off at 6:30 in the morning and we did not set it, nor did it show that it was on. No way to make stop unless you snoozed it every 5 minutes. Would have to move the nightstand completely to get to the plug to unplug it. AC was on despite the fact it was only 38 degrees outside. Heat would only work on full fan, the auto mode did not work so we either were freezing or melting. Breakfast done by 9:30 when typically done by 10:00.

The queen sized bed had an obvious dip/depression. It sagged quite a bit. It is time to replace the mattress in room 118.
