Decent enough
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsThe receptionist wasn't the most welcoming. We noticed the a/c didn't turn after we unpacked our stuff, so my husband went down to ask about it. I unplugged it, turned the thermostat off and on , got it working, tried calling hubby only to hear his cellphone in the room, then went down to receptionist...and he was still waiting for her to even acknowledge him because she was on the phone. Other than that it was ok. Breakfast had sausage, eggs, etc.

Bad experience with app and hotel

When I brought it up to the front desk they blamed the Hotels.com app. Hotels.com app promised to make up the difference in app dollars for the difference. However I never received that either. It was terrible experience and the front desk clerk was very dishonest and the manager would not help either. I think it’s a scam to charge two different prices for the exact same suite and call them different names. Fair warning to consumers using the app and the hotels both deceiving customers.
