Our room was not ready for use smelled of new paint coffee but no coffee maker trashcan in middle of room no glasses to use or paper cups bedside tables not plugged in it was horrible
The property was not very clean
My TV didn’t work.
My Phone in the room didn’t work.
It was absolutely the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen, by far!
The pancake maker was broke.
The juice machine was broke
There was a bruised apple and two green bananas to choose from!
The staff was friendly and parking was convenient. Oh, and the elevator was fast…. Other than that, stay the hell away from this property!
I wish I could get my money back, I overpaid even being cheap.
Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves!

Third floor room with no operating elevator is not ideal for 80 year old guests. The tv remote was sticky and gross. On the other hand a request to the desk for a couple of items not provided in the room was responded to immediately.

Third floor room with no functional elevator, not what we bargained for.
Our tv was broken and never fixed. We couldn’t call the desk because the phone didn’t work. We had to go from the third floor each time we needed to ask something. The heat source ran the air conditioner until it was very cold then the heat would kick on until we were perspiring. We had them up to try to fix things and they would say it was fixed when it wasn’t. After two hours of hassles we finally got moved to another room. My husband had just been released from the doctor with two broken ankles so having to go back and forth with the phone being broken was exhausting. Breakfast was another horror. Pancake machine broken, juice machine broken. Refrigerator not working. Only had cereal, instant oatmeal and toast. Fruit was put out a few pieces at a time. Lots of upset people. We had stayed at a Microtel the previous night and it was a good experience. This one could use someone that knew how to use winder and a vacuum. Never again!!!!
The first room we thought batteries were dead in the remote but none of the remotes would work on that tv. We moved to another room and the tv had no sound. The desk clerk tried to move me back to the first room but caught the error before I walked away. The next room she put us in finally the winners. We had to be moved twice because the TVs weren’t working. Totaling us at three rooms in a matter of an hour or so. By the end of it, everyone was happy. But they really need to figure out the tv situation on the third floor.
*side note * you shouldn’t have to be in a suite to have a fridge and microwave in your room.

Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Room phone not hooked up, window seat had spills, toilet paper holder missing, hole in shower curtain
My wife and I stayed here on our way to Florida and let me tell you way to much money for this place. It was quite dirty and the staff was unpleasant no pressure in the shower couldn’t even get the soap off of us. Need to say will never stay here again.
Someone who seemed homeless was doing here linens and laundry until 1 am in laundry room and you could here dryer till about 1 am. Un c lean men sitting i lobby at 10 when we arived. Elavator wallw sticky and words written all their walls. Paint chips and drywall on floor in bathroom. Mirrow with rust on it. Not what we expected for a whyndam hotel even at a low level hotel. I slept in my clothes with socks om to avoid exposure.
Check in required them to keep copy of drivers license for an indefinite length of time. Big stack of check in paperwork on top of counter including copy of all guests drivers licenses. Totally unsecured and ripe for identity theft. Room not maintained properly; tv did not work. Lots of tangled wires behind tv. Clerk got tv to work but Remote control only changed channels not turn tv on/off or volume control. Air conditioning thermostat not calibrated. Auto on off not working properly. Had to get up several times in the middle of the night to turn heat up or down. Hot water got cold during shower and took long time to recover. Breakfast choices poor. In summary, very disappointing stay for a large chain name. Most concerning is their cavalier attitude regarding security of guests identity documents. In this time and age this should be illegal. Is it?
