Not friendly, Not worth the money spent

I over heard the desk clerk say that they didn’t want to put me on the second floor… don’t know why, but the main floor was the only option for me. This room, was the most bare, most basic room I’ve ever stayed in. It didn’t even have a mini fridge or microwave in it. I was sorely disappointed and if I could rate it a -1, I would.

Everything was great except for breakfast was very limited to cereal or toast, Room had a strange odor as almost a wet smell yet room was right across from laundry almost so I didn't want to change rooms...pool was closed and extending my stay was more difficult than it should have been and cost me double what I had paid each night prior...

Staff was excellent ! Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the pillows were top notch. Highly recommend.

Towels were dingy. Tubs needs to be refurbished.Dogs should be on a certain floor. Some people are allergic to animals.pool was filthy.

I asked for a downstairs when I got there it was no downstairs available I have a blood clot in my leg which makes it really hard for me to walk

Pool and gym closed for resurfacing and remodeling! Complimentary breakfast...no protein, no creamer for coffee. Mirrors in room covered with mastic....

Half the lights did not work. No iron. The bathroom vent was exposed whole did not work, Bathroom tile floor was slick with steam with every bath. Pool and gym out of commission.
