Had a reservation for one night. Was told at check-in that there was no hot water in the building but that in "one or two hours" we would have it. I asked if that was assured. The answer was yes. Waited several hours and took a quick cold shower. The next morning, there was no hot water. I told the lady at checkout and there was no response other than to give me a print out of the hotel bill. YOU DON'T RENT OUT ROOMS THAT HAVE NO HOT WATER. The place was ill kept and dirty as well. No quality at this Quality Inn.

Free rusty razor blades for all!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIf you love free rusty razor blades laying in the middle of the floor, shattered beds with moldy sheets, broken locks, filth and mildew covering, not only the tub and shower walls but the floor as well; then look no further the Quality Inn of Tifton off Exit 63A, 1104 Kings Road!!! It's a wealth of family fun! It's a race against the clock; can you fund all the razor blades and other drug paraphernalia left behind before your four year old does? Only time will tell! May the odds be ever in your favor.
Oh the highlight of the stay was the hot tub did not work, but the sweet employee will beat it incessantly with a hammer to try and make it come on. The hot tub will not come on, but that girl deserves a medal and a raise.

girl who was "at the desk" upon my checkout was sitting on the couch in front of the desk, video chatting on her phone and left this chat open the entire time i was checking out. (she laid the phone on top of the counter where i could clearly see someone videoing on the line) additionally, she was wearing pajamas which is completely unprofessional regardless of what time of day it is and I was there at 7 a.m. her voice was so quiet, she mumbled when giving instructions, I had to ask her to speak up and I am not hard of hearing. I asked the clerk where ice was and she pointed to the next building I'd just left. I had to confirm where she was referring to. then i asked where breakfast was, again she just pointed to the next room. very lazy appearing and in demeanor.

Staff was super friendly.They offered to change the pillows,toilet was dirty, floor was sticky, there were bed bugs,I booked 2 nights and had to leave next day as it was not safe to drive at night, money was not refunded.
