the recepcion are closed at night and its not clear that you have to push the woki toki for call the recepcion guy and we weight about 1.5 hour all the family/

Publié le 2 avr. 2018 sur HotelsSome problems at check in - couldn’t get key to room until 17:30, 30 minutes after stars deadline (17:00), despite arriving in resort at 14:00 and asking reception for our room to be prioritised, we had to sit in the reception area with baggage. Also, Wi-fi internet was unavailable until 2nd to last day, and also water leak in apartment required maintenance work for 2 consecutive days during our stay
