This one is priced appropriately and would make a good first place to stay if you want to get the lay of the land without being on the hook for a bunch of money. The reviews are pretty much what you get. It can be a little noisy from the road but that's what tequila is for. All the units on that side all have the same drawbacks - noise, stairs etc. but it is what it is and Gaviotas is such a great place to stay. This is a really affordable unit for 2 people with what you need to have a great Mexican getaway. We had no problems or issues. All good. Get your butts to Mexico and enjoy!

Beautiful View

A relaxing surf getaway!

The host even kindly let us add an additional night to the stay, as we were not ready to leave after two nights. You can't go wrong with this charming condo with ocean views!

Great View, Super Clean
Publié le 22 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed in apartment #1 on the top floor and it was great. No one was staying on the first floor so I can't say if it gets loud when another party stays there. The view was amazing and worth every penny. We will defiantly consider staying here again.

Always a great time

If you stay anywhere in the back row, along the highway……bring earplugs or put a sound machine on your phone.

at times it does get a bit noisy during the day , but at night it tones down. i stay in this unit and the view is great. hope to see you soon. rick

Unfortunately, the internet stopped working after the first day we were there which meant my husband and I couldn’t do the work we had planned to do for half the week. We also couldn’t watch tv. The house is missing some basic items like trash bags, a cutting board, knives to cut fruits and vegetables etc.
