Terrible conditions, poorly stocked toiletries or lack of, stains on sheets of what I assume is blood.

Unfortunately not safe place for women. I was woken up to the security guard opening the door to my room at 3:30AM and closing it after hearing my dog bark at them. I was terrified. After this incident I went to security to let them know someone opened my door. There he admitted that it was he who had opened my door. He said his supervisor sent him to look for towels in vacant rooms. After this, I became worried to speak to administration because I felt unsafe that “staff” had access to rooms and were sending “staff” to look for towels in vacant rooms at 3:30AM. Super sketch experience, I felt I was going to be traffic i do not recommend this place for women or anyone alone.

One night Hotel

For one night is Ok. Location is a little unsecure. I ask for help to call a taxi and there was not a response. Furniture look not so clean.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience with this property, the staff were very welcoming!! Definitely will be returning!

What balcony?

The only thing I was not too thrilled about was the check in process. We were given a one bedroom without a balcony when our reservation was for a two bedroom with a balcony. Nothing was said but when I went back down to reception they told me that our two bedroom was under maintenance. We were offered two rooms. That was great, however, one of the rooms we were given was occupied. That called for another trip down to reception. None of the room we were given had a balcony.
