Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!! Hotel is located next to a bar . The music and vibrations from the extremely loud music can be heard and felt in the room. Bar closes around 4am . I was awake all night . The worst part is the entire staff is aware of this and continue to rent these rooms that are affected. I’m a regular at this hotel . I always ask for a room away from the bar . They guaranteed me my room on the third floor would not be affected. In the morning, I addressed my experience and the same receptionist told me management forces them to issue these rooms . I will never return . And will share my experience on all social media platforms.

I have come to this property many times and more likely will return. On this trip found some staff apathetic and not so helpful, the apartments plates, cutlery, etc is minimal in urgent need of replenishment of kitchenware
