Its dirty, old, rusted and outdated. I did not feel unsafe staying here but I had a companion traveling with me. The property definitely did not match the pictures. I booked the "deluxe" room that had air conditioning. The smaller rooms do not have air conditioning. The water was hot after a few minutes. Additionally, the uber would not drop us off at the hotel because there is some kind of "agreement" with taxis services that they will stay out of the downtown area so we were dropped off about 1.5 miles away and told it was within walking distance, after a $5 cab trip we arrived. The taxis will continue to increase the price it went up to $10 to get back and forth from the downtown area. Good food and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff were friendly. You'll need to give a deposit to receive the Roku remote and its returned when you check out and the workers have inspected the room. Overall if you just need a place to recoup, shower and leave your luggage for a decent price then this place will work for you.

La habitación no era de dos camas como la había pagado y además estaba muy sucia, tuve que contactar a atención a clientes para solicitar mi reembolso y abandonar el lugar.

Not what I expected.

This hotel is not what I had expected. First off, why don't they have any pictures?!?!??!??? When I showed up before my reservation to check out the place, I realized why... The room was cleaned up, but still a wreck. The wiring was visible because the sockets were not covered. My window was broken. The wall ac was not sealed, you could see out of the room from the sides. The drawers were broken and there was a piece of cardboard holding them in place. The staff was very helpful. They got the manager on the phone right away. The manager was also very helpful and was willing to cancel without any penalties. Thank you.
