Hotel was average, compared to others I’ve booked before in Tijuana. No TV and AC remotes available at time of check-in. Room was hot and muggy and there was no way to ventilate much less use their AC.

The room bedding sheets were dirty and smelly. The towels looked dirty also. There were towel hooks and no hand towels. The shower had no place to put shampoo bottles on.

My 7 or 8th stay. Nice hotel located right in the heart of Zona Norte. Thank you Fernanda, second time with a fast & efficient check in. Both times literally under 5 minutes. Second time enjoying the quiet bar and restaurant with my partner.

4th stay, the young lady working the desk checked me in fast and efficient. Room 419 had working aircon and cable TV. I want this room again. I will be back.

The pictures that are posted of this property are completely updated. It looks nothing like that. There were cockroaches everywhere we checked in at 10 PM and we had to wait 25 minutes for our room. Then when we address the problem they gave us another room with just as many bugs, worst experience I’ve ever had in Mexico
