We loved having Heather and the rest of her party as guests. They were easy guests to have and we would love hosting them again.

I see Mr. Maldonado changed his review because I rebuked him for ruining a expensive bed spread and by not mentioning it could be dry cleaned. Accidents happen but if you try to sneak them by the owner that is dishonest.
He never contacted me about the water as I am available 24 hrs to help guest , so I think this may not be accurate. The place is rented every weekend with no problems!
We would not rent to him again!

Not in Rosarito, it’s in Las Gaviotas 9-10 miles south of Rosarito

That is the only reason I have it two starts since I thought it was in Rosarito near the Map showing it in and it wasn’t until I booked that it showed it somewhere else. If your looking to stay in Rosarito this property is about 9-10 miles South of Rosarito so wouldn’t be ideal but if your traveling with a big group this place is just the place. If your not driving and your using taxi or Uber’s, there isn’t any Uber’s near this place so you will need to call a taxi. Overall great place, house was big and nice however a little dusty like if no one has visited or stayed. Great views, Community Pool and Spa and on weekends they have tacos stands. I would come back with a bigger group.

Please the directions say Kilometer 41 and it is out of town. It is always good to ask if you don't understand something.
