THE SHOWER HAD VERY LOW PRESSURE. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO WASH OUT SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER.

Publié le 14 oct. 2019 sur HotelsRoom we were given was not what was pictured. Staff refused to move us to another room unless we paid full price for new room. The manager was not on site but employee was calling to see what he could do, she refused to speak to us and said that she would only refund half of what we paid. We left the hotel, did not stay. Hotels.com assisted in making a remedy for the situation with a certificate. Do not stay here, it is false advertising, the rooms are gross and smell like mold.
