Broken mirror glass, sliding door didn’t lock. Hole in the wall by ceiling.

The penthouse overall was beautiful, with amazing views. The tile work was also beautiful. However, the oven didn’t work, there was no hot water in the 2nd room (there was in the master and kitchen) so we just used it. The pool pictured was not on site and we were not able to access the pool (could have been my misunderstanding).

Publié le 17 juin 2024 sur HotelsThere was no pool as the images showed. It was not a hotel, it was a residential property. My kids and I were looking forward to a pool as the images showed. We submitted to working with the jacuzzi thay was on the property. The jacuzzi did not work, the water was cold, and the jets did not go on because there was electrical issues. The lights flashed and turned off when we turned the jacuzzi on. I was terrified at the thought of being electrucuted in the jacuzzi. The room was humid, and only had a floor fan to work with that was not enough to ventilate the room. The ceiling fan was not an option due to electrical issues connected to the jacuzzi. I would not go back. Very disappointed, not what I was looking forward to.
