Very clean hotel, nice staff. A couple good restaurants to eat upstairs walking distance to a few places. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, quiet hotel, This is a great place to stay.

Only thing unique was food court , although other nice restaurants cheaper close to hotel . Everything else was normal. This hotel is over rated because the television , phone, and heater didn’t work. I could not call the front desk and needed to go down and talk in person, and even after talking in person nothing was fixed. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area nicer with better price

BEAUTIFUL WEEKEND.
Beautiful Newer Hotel, conveniently located in the proximity of the "San Ysidro" crossing border. Staff were very nice and friendly, customer service great. Location is convenient 10min walking distance from crossing line. There is no much they can do about the " streets condition and construction going on in their area. Beds are comfortable but bedsheets were "crispy starched" and not so comfortable. Rooms are "decent clean" but my bathroom has a death spider or bug behind the mirror, visually hanging out of the mirror, (housekeeper could have had it removed when cleaning the mirror. No toiletries for sure except for a hand lotion. For a Hotel of this quality, I feel they are getting to stingy. Yes, I am a complainer but overall, I recommend it and I would book it again. Breakfast was delicious.. thank you to all the participants in this growing Hotel.
