Very convenient to easily access the beach from the property with walking paths close by. The house was very clean and comfortable as well, with an awesome large deck overlooking the surf break. Large, comfortable living area and kitchen space as well. Good storage for surf boards too. Would definitely rent here again!

Beautiful and perfectly located
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of five joined 6 other families for this Baja adventure. Each family rented their own house and ours was one of the best. Super clean with plenty of space. The location is lined up perfectly to the path to the beach which was ideal for the beach activities and surfing that we did. Marisella’s communication and friendliness was awesome. I would definitely come back again to this house!

Amazing Stay in Las Gaviotas

Great location with everything you need
Publié le 27 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayBest part of this house is definitely it’s proximity to the beach. Nice appliances in the kitchen, including a dishwasher which some Gaviotas homes lack. Great living room with a comfy couch and nice TV. The beach chairs, tennis rackets, and surf rack were all great added amenities. 10/10

The Perfect Weekend Getaway- Amazing stay
Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing, perfect for a large family or group of friends that want to share a home with their own spaces. Location to the beach is perfect and a 1 min walk to the sand from the house. Beds are super comfy, showers are super hot once you get them warmed up, shampoo and conditioner provided was nice, kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, coffee maker and filters. FYI, Bring your own oil and seasonings for cooking and drinking water but this is expected at any rental. We have been to Gavs about a dozen times and this was probably our best trip yet. Thank you Marisella for the wonderful stay for our family. Best

Awesome Spot
