My second stay with this hotel was not as great as my first visit. The cleanliness was the major issue as there were bath towels that had hair in them, rust build up in bathroom showers, and dirt accumulation on the shower floor. Overall the customer service was good despite the poor room cleaning quality. The stay in it's entirety was solid just bad reflection of cleaning staff attention to detail.
