They ran out of coffee for their rooms. House keeping on the third day requires larger waste baskets and more coffee and towels.

Just average, decent.Staff grade was because I called for towels and never got them.

Extended family members were staying at the hotel for a family weekend wedding. The staff members allowed us to meet in the unused public spaces. The nearby area is under construction, but the hotel itself is in fine. Several nearby restaurants, but most need a car for travel. For those who are runners or walkers, there is a nearby large Forest Preserve green space with paved paths.

The staff was great -friendly, efficient, helpful. The public spaces were very clean. Our room however smelled very musty, the lighting was poor (very dark), the bathroom floor was sticky and one of the remotes was disgusting.
