Elevator out of order.

Note: the elevator is out of order (8/2/2024). They called ahead and offered to let me cancel as I had a room on second floor. I’m happy I stayed. I needed quiet and rest and comfort. It provided all three.

Very Disappointed

I paid and arrived 20 minutes later only to be told that I could not have a room due to their computer issues not allowing guest to check in or check out. My money has still not arrived back to my account. Got no help finding another hotel and had to sleep in my vehicle.

The property is old and dirty. The elevator did not work for my entire 5 night stay. mattress was stained. The bathroom wreaked of pee. The furniture was terribly soiled. Found old dirty AirPods beside the bed. Room wasn’t serviced. Had to keep asking for the amount of towels. Booked the room for 6 and was NEVER accommodated for six people. Carpet was soiled. Washer and dryer out of service. Jeremy fields did not offer an apology for this horrible stay upon check out. Told us to take it up with our third party we booked with.

Would stay again when visiting the area.
