Vennetur i Tirana
Publié le 9 oct. 2024 sur HotelsVi var fire som bodde en uke på Grand Hotel & SPA i september. Det er et koselig og rolig hotell som ligger perfekt til for utflukter i Tirana. Vi ble godt mottatt i resepsjonen. Rommene var romslige, og rensligheten var god. Vi har bare én ting å merke oss om oppholdet. Vi manglet en stol på balkongen vår som vi aldri fikk selv om vi fortalte resepsjonen om det flere ganger. Vi var i bassenget et par ganger og det var ganske OK selv om det var veldig varmt i både garderoben og bassengområdet. Frokosten var god. Jeg vil fremheve bartenderen som en spesielt kreativ og hjelpsom person. Han lot ikke det faktum at han ikke hadde laget irsk kaffe før stoppe ham. Han googlet oppskriften og lagde en deilig irsk kaffe til oss.
Jeg kan trygt anbefale Grand Hotel & SPA og kommer gjerne tilbake

The room was very nice, clean and had a good view. My main complaint was with front desk staff not being very helpful. No sympathy whatsoever when I arrived earlier than check in time- I understand not being able to give me a room an hour early, but they could have suggested I take advantage of the bar or spa. No menu or information about spa services anywhere. Requested some toiletry items I forgot at home and they were not helpful- didn't have it, didn't suggest where I could get it. When I asked about visiting a local attraction and how best to get there they said a taxi would be best but didn't offer to call one for me or tell me where to find one. Polite but didn't make my life easier.

Nice location, hotel was ok, but one of the evenings the service was not good. Beside that a good hotel for the value.
