We had two rooms reserved, but we had to cancel the day of the booking because we couldn’t make train connections. I tried to call, no answer, so I sent Lifestyle and Hotel.com a message. Lifestyle and Hotel. com still charged my account. I know there are policies but we were hoping that there might be some understanding and compassion.

Amazing hotel
Excellent hotel with a 2-minute walk to the Bernina Express train station. Many restaurants nearby. Check-in is at the Bernina hotel that takes 2 minutes to walk to.

Coffee machine leaked all over and hairdryer had a frayed cord which emitted a very big spark while trying to dry my hair. Most convenient for Bernina express! And good facilities. Checkin was weird.

Everything was very good, if not excellent. The only knock on the whole stay. The kid told me anything in the blue was free to park for one day. I woke up in the morning to a €30 ticket.

This was a great place. Clean, great bedding and towels. Perfect location for the trains. Nice walk to restaurants and landmarks. Only downside was the air had not been turned on yet in April and it was really hot.

Great location next to the station, but no too noisy. The room was new and comfortable. I couldn't figure out the heating but luckily the temperature was comfortable.

Perfect place to stay when you are here mainly for Bernina Express as the rooms are literally opp the platforms! Clean, modern interior and sufficiently spacious. Breakfast was nice and staff were friendly throughout. Small hiccup in our room, with technical error causing lights to go out once in a while. But property solved issue with some option of room change etc. Would definitely recommend again.

We were placed in the side building which gave us a beautiful view of the mountain with the train station in the foreground. This built up the excitement of riding the Bernina Express

I highly recommend this hotel. Convenient location right next to the train stations, modern room amenities, close to a few good restaurants, and an overall great value. We stayed here after taking the Bernina Express from Switzerland. I initially viewed this as just a place to sleep before proceeding on to Milan. However, in retrospect, I wish we had stayed two nights here to just decompress in the middle of our trip and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this cute, little town. This was the best value and most comfortable hotel we encountered on our entire trip.

Nice room, clean and quiet. Note: VERY IMPORTANT that you note the check in procedures. There are NO STAFF and NO RECEPTION at the property. You have to check in at a different hotel which is next to the train station. If you don’t note this you could be lost for a long time (as I was), or worse (they might not be available after hours)!!!!

This property was amazing and we would highly recommend it to others. The rooms are very modern with amazing views and right next to the train station, but you cannot hear the trains. Having read other reviews about difficulty in finding the property, we had no issues at all. Breakfast is served at the Hotel Bernina, 2 minute walk, the choices for breakfast were amazing, the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bernina for such a FANTASTIC 4 day break, we are definitely coming back 😍

Property is an annex to Hotel Bernina. Hidden in fine print on Expedia booking confirmation that check-in and collection of keys is there. An email 2 days prior, or a small sign at least, at the property, so you know you are at Lifestyle Room Binario Zero and check-in is at Hotel Bernina would be very helpful, saving a lot of frustration, or am I the only fool. The annex itself is new, modern and therefore very clean. Good beds and pillows a welcome change. Breakfast 80 metres away at Hotel Bernina. Missed the Swiss bread at breakfast on our first day in Italy
