Alberto was warm and welcoming. Keeps an impeccable clean and comfortable inn. Up to date and in perfect condition. Beautiful town. Stayed one night before boarding Bernia train. Would stay there again.

Great apartment, lovely comfortable bed with great sheets, just 7 minutes from train station. Washing machine in bathroom! Full kitchen, but esp appreciated coffee machine. Albert very helpful, too.

There may be a better properties in Tirano, but I'll never know because I will stay here again if I ever find my way back. Cozy and clean little one bedroom apartment in a great location. 10 minute max walk to everywhere downtown, nice meat and cheese shop next door, some awesome restaurants within a few blocks. Alberto, the property manager, was attentive without being intrusive and the unit came with coffee, espresso, and some decent breakfast pastries. Highly recommend.

the property was perfect for us, high quality with everything we could possibly need for our short stay but equally good for a longer holiday. there is a nice balcony, perfect for enjoying drinks and breakfast. the apartment is in a brilliant position close to the town square and nice restaurants with free parking nearby. our host couldn't do enough for us, we defintely recommend this propety.

Wonderful owner!

The owner is a really nice man who obviously wanted us to have a great stay. His place has, i I think, four rooms which share a bathroom. Plenty of variety for breakfast. Nice location in old town area. We arrived by train and it is only a short walk to the station.

Everything in the apartment was excellent. A lot of thought went into providing all the little details to make the stay enjoyable. There was even a supply of croissants, biscotti, juices, water, milk, coffee tea etc. Alberto went above and beyond. He even dropped us off at the train station when I couldn’t get a taxi. I tried to give him some money to show my appreciation but he refused. We traded hugs instead!

A hidden gem. Really great value, and exceptionally good room that we stayed in with our child. The street signage is small, so almost walked past on arrival, but highly recommend.

I almost missed that this hotel has a time listed you must check in by, as there is no front desk where someone sits. Luckily I saw this the day before, and planned accordingly. You have to call when you arrive to check in. We stayed in a large room with a king bed and also twin daybed. The space was incredibly clean and well decorated. The small touches were really noticeable. The bedding was comfortable and the room was spacious. There was also a nice space for continental breakfast, which was very helpful before we left in the AM for the Bernina express. I would highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed staying here’s very much. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room is newly remodeled, very nicely done and very clean. The room is well equipped and comfortable. There is a common area with coffee, tea and danish. The location is perfect in the central plaza of a small Italian mountain town. The restaurant prices were very reasonable and the food was delicious.

Struttura confortevole, pulita e in pieno centro a tirano, ideale per arrivare a piedi in stazione per viaggiare sul trenino rosso del Bernina e con tutti i ristoranti in un raggio di 300 metri. Il gestore é un ottimo padrone di casa per gentilezza e competenza
